About Me

I am a Family Photographer based in Melbourne, and also a mother of two kids (10-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl). 

I love nature, capturing and creating stories through images.  I am not a typical “sit and smile” photographer, I only capture the moment you playing with your kids, siblings laughing together & everyone forgetting we are even there to take photos to begin with.

I have spent my life documenting myself and my family, that is the beginning of my photography journey. I started to photograph when I studied Advertising and Marketing in university,  back to 20 years ago.  I used film cameras and I love analogue till now. Playing with so many different types of antique cameras, I learned from everyday shootings and enjoyed it. 

Time moves so fast, kids grow up in the blink of an eye and it is so wonderful that a photo can hold a moment still, so the memories of that time in your life never fade. Sometimes, you look back those photos and touched by them again and again. My photo style is authentic, joyful, relaxed and story-telling. For me, photography is a form of recording, but more importantly, it is a mode of expression. The art of photography is bringing warm to your life, possessing a soul, insights, and depth of the insights. Most great photographic works evoke resonance and provoke contemplation, striking deep into  one’s heart. I would be honoured to capture your beautiful and candid life moments.
